Meet the OPEN-C Foundation at Euromartime, the trade show dedicated to the innovative maritime industry, which takes place in Marseille from 30 January to 01 February.

At the heart of the maritime world, the show brings together all the key players in the French, European and Mediterranean maritime industries, with a particular focus on shipping, ports, shipbuilding and ship repair, and the maritime technologies of the future.

The OPEN-C Foundation will be taking part in the exhibition for the first time, and you will be able to meet the teams:

• During the 3 days and more particularly on the stand of the French Maritime Cluster (Cluster Maritime Français): Stand A08, Hall 2 Palais de la Méditerranée, to discuss with them the news of the OPEN-C Foundation and the upcoming projects on the test sites.
• Conference – Thursday 1 February at 10.45am: “The current state of the French offshore renewable energy industry”.

This talk by Etienne Pourcher, Director of Partnerships and Communications at the OPEN-C Foundation for the “Observatoire des Energies de la Mer“, will give you an overview of the data in the 7th report from the Observatoire, which consults nearly 300 players in the industry every year. This year’s report shows that the MRE sector is boosted by the pace of construction of new wind farms, and holds great promise for the future!
